摘要： 复杂地质条件选择合理的采煤方法是提高经济效益的关键，文章以几个工作面为实例，从安全、技术、经济多角度综合分析、对比、研究，深化技术经济一体化，优化采场设计，优选采煤方法，取得了良好的经济与社会效益。研究成果对复杂地质条件采场设计、采煤方法选取及解决现场安全回采技术难题有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract: The key to improve the economic benefit is to choose reasonable mining method in the complex geological conditions.Taking a few face as an example, to comprehensive analysis , contrast and research from safety, technical and economic comparison. It can achieved good economic and social benefits if we draw deepen economic integration,optimize stope design and preferred mining method.The research have a certain significance on the stope design of complicated geological conditions, select coal mining method and solve the problems of site security mining.
